Stratus' contract-to-hire service is an alternative to direct placement which provides for a trial basis period under a contract engagement. This allows the client to determine whether a candidate is the right fit for their business.

The trial period can be as short or as long as the client prefers. When the client does come to a decision they can choose not to hire the candidate without obligation or depending upon the time frame hire the candidate at a reduced rate or no fee.
